Major Shareholder of Northstar since 2006 and Head of Eastern European Office in Prague. 20 years of successful experience in Eastern Europe and CIS as a financial and investment advisor. Experience in large commercial structures in Eastern Europe on key positions: CFO Corbina Telecom, (owned by IDT USA); CFO Kazintel, Almaty, Kazakhstan (owned by EBRD); CEO Direct Net, Prague, Czech Republic (owned by Direct Net Telecom USA); CEO Credit Suisse Asset Management Czech Republic (owned by CSFB Zurich); Managing Director Czech-California Investment Co. (owned by Czech Savings Bank).

Hans Bayer
Managing Partner
Major Shareholder of Northstar since 2008, Head of European Office in Stuttgart. For more than 20 years he acted as a trusted advisor to the boards and owners of various mid cap companies and has long standing local experience in Eastern Europe. Before joining NorthStar, Hans was a co-founder of DTB Financial Services GmbH, an investment banking firm focused on Eastern Europe and a Director of Funk Group GmbH, the leading German insurance broker and risk management firm.
