M&A Analyst
Job description
The M&A Analyst will be preparing back-office material for both Sale and Buy mandates to include Information Memorandums, financial forecasts, Valuations, presentations, data room preparation and communications with the Clients and partners.
Job equirements
A financial education background with an understanding of financial statements, good knowledge of power point and excel English required, other languages such as Russian, German, Romanian also helpful.
