Management Buy-outs and Management Buy-ins

The Partners of Northstar Corporate Finance conducted their own management buy-out (MBO) of Northstar and have extensive experience with other MBO’s and management buy-ins (MBIs). Our personal experience helps us better assist our clients in structuring such transactions. Our buy-outs and buy-ins are typically structured using a mix of private equity funding, vendor funding, mezzanine funding and senior and junior bank debt.  Our professionals have access to a wide range of sources of capital to ensure the deliverability of the buyout.
