Hans Bayer
Managing Partner
Major Shareholder of Northstar since 2008, Head of European Office in Stuttgart. For more than 20 years he acted as a trusted advisor to the boards and owners of various mid cap companies and has long standing local experience in Eastern Europe. Before joining NorthStar, Hans was a co-founder of DTB Financial Services GmbH, an investment banking firm focused on Eastern Europe and a Director of Funk Group GmbH, the leading German insurance broker and risk management firm.
