(owned by Czech Savings Bank).

3 years in Gazprom Investproject as an Adviser to the General Director and a Co-chair of the Gazprom Group committee for coordination and development of market entry strategy for European and Asian electrical energy markets;
3 years The Group of Construction Companies VIS as the Member
of the Board of Directors;
2 years in Group of Companies «TPS Real Estate Holding» as the Member of the Board of Directors – Independent Director;

Hans Bayer
Managing Partner
Major Shareholder of Northstar since 2008, Head of European Office in Stuttgart. He also serves as a Senior Advisor of Capitalmind GmbH for Eastern Europe and Russia. For more than 20 years he acted as a trusted advisor to the boards and owners of various mid cap companies and has long standing local experience in Eastern Europe and Russia. Before joining NorthStar, Hans was a co-founder of DTB Financial Services GmbH, an investment banking firm focused on CIS-countries and Europe and a Director of Funk Group GmbH, the leading German insurance broker and risk management firm.
