July 2010: As the financial adviser to Aladdin Oil & Gas Company ASA of Norway, Northstar Corporate Finance managed to help restructure over USD 25m in debt, including a USD 17m debt for equity swap of all outstanding bonds and the raising of another USD 5m in fresh equity.  This included bringing in a new strategic partner for the Company, the British registered Waterford Finance and Investment Ltd., an investor in oil assets in many parts of the world, including Canada, UK, Iraq and different parts of Africa.  Aladdin Oil & Gas
